How to Register to Vote:
All Wisconsin voters must fill out a registration form prior to being allowed to vote.
Information that is required on the form includes name, street address, whether you are
a US citizen and 18 years of age, and a driver’s license number or the last 4 digits of
your Social Security number only if you do not have a driver's license or state-issued
identification card. IF YOU HAVE A VALID WISCONSIN DRIVER'S LICENSES, YOU
MUST PROVIDE THE NUMBER OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO VOTE BY STATE
LAW.

Registration forms can be printed from the Village’s Web site, or you may register in the
office or at the polls. If registering by mail, please follow the attached directions,
including providing proof of your residency. It is highly suggested that you register
before the second Wednesday before Election Day so that your name will appear on the
registration list and you will not need to show proof of residency. If you register to vote
after the second Wednesday before an election, you will be required to show proof of
residency.

Once you are registered your information will be put into the statewide registration
system. You will not need to re-register unless you fail to vote in a four-year time period
or if you move. Please note that if you plan to vote absentee you must register prior to
voting. Registering in advance will help speed up the voting process on Election Day.
