Per Village ordinance, SEC 10-1-20, there is no parking on Village streets from Nov. 1
through April 1st between the hours of 2:30 am TO 6:00 AM. Per Village Ordinance,
SEC 6-2-7, the owner, occupant or person in charge of any property that abuts any
sidewalk shall keep sidewalk clear of snow and ice. Sidewalks need to cleared within
24 hours from the time the snow ceases to accumulate.
Any person(s), which violates the provisions of these Sections, shall be subject to a
penalty.
